MRZK14-100E/100F/100G is a high speed automatic vacuum machine, which can reach up to 100bpm, the length of the packaging bag can be up to 220mm, and the bag width can also be customized according to the actual bag width. Our machine as a whole can be divided into two parts: a rotary loading plate and a vacuum turntable. The rotary turntable is mainly responsible for bag loading, bag opening, material filling and bag transmission, while the vacuum turntable is responsible for vacuum sealing of bags and finished product output. During the operation of the rotating turntable, we can also add multiple devices such as air blowing, bag bottom vibrating, and bag mouth cleaning based on your material characteristics and actual needs.

Our machines are washable. If you have high requirements for the waterproof performance of the machine, you can communicate with our sales staff in advance and our engineers will make a personalized waterproof design for the machine according to your needs.To make sure that machine can be washed by water, all exposed wire connectors are equipped with waterproof covers. In addition, we use glass glue to fill and seal the gaps in the wire joints to prevent wire short circuits. Our temperature control gauges, buttons, power supplies and switches are also waterproof. Even if they are washed directly with clean water, there will be no short circuit due to water seepage.
