MAP tray sealing machine is suitable for fresh products (like fresh meat, fruit, vegetable, salad etc), ready to eat meal and bake food etc.
It depends on your tray size, one mold usually can put 4-6pcs trays.
The main gas used during MAP(Modified atmosphere packaging) is nitrogen, other gases and gas mixtures like carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, argon and hydrogen can be used as well to achieve the same outcome. An inert gas that is used to prevent oxidation by pushing out ambient air during packaging.

When pack the different size trays, we need to change the mold(same width and length but different height don’t need change the mold). It includes two main steps, it only need less than 30 minutes to replace the mold and 5-10 minutes for the skilled workers, we can also provide the video for your reference,
Mold disassemble: close put film/film collection/traction button on touch screen → pull off the film → remove the screws and dismantle the board → unplug the power cord → pull out the upper mold → pull out the down mold
Mold installations:push the down mold → push the upper mold → plug in the power cord → install the guardrail → install the film → operate the machine
