High Speed Premade Bag Vacuum Packing Machine

MRZK12-130C/130D/130E is vacuum packaging machine for packaging perishable and perishable food.It has 12 vacuum chambers working simultaneously and can pack maximum 90 bags per minute. The vacuum chamber of the equipment is carved and milled from aviation aluminum, which has high sealing and durability. The bag width can flexible adjust according to actual bag width within 60-130mm, to meet different product specification packing needs.

We use an advanced PCL+HDM electrical control system to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of machine operation. The system can not only monitor the sealing temperature in real time to ensure the quality of each packaging process, but also has an automatic alarm function. Once the heating plate is detected to be damaged, the HDM system will immediately sound an alarm to ensure that the problem can be solved in time. In addition, our control system also has an empty bag monitoring function. When an empty bag is detected, the system will automatically repeat the unloading operation, greatly reducing the waste of pre-made bags.
