Flattening Vacuum Packaging Machine

MRZK10-200P/201P/202P/203P/300P is a unique rotary vacuum packaging machine designed for products filling, sealing and vacuum flattening . The machine adopts a mechanical transmission system to ensure highly stable performance. Even at its highest operating speed of 50 bpm, the machine is unlikely to clog. All parts that contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which ensure the machine strictly adheres to the hygiene standards required for food processing machinery.

To improve the aesthetics of the finished product, our mechanical engineers added a new exhaust device before the premade bags enter the vacuum chamber for sealing, which taps the bags to release air, ensuring a more even distribution of material in the bags, making the bags look flatter and filled more evenly. In addition, to simplify the operation of the machine, we adopted a PLC+POD electrical control system. Users can easily modify machine parameters such as packaging speed and filling weight through the touch screen interface, making the operation of the vacuum flat packaging machine more convenient.
