Horizontal Duplex(Multi-function)Automatic Packaging Machine

MRSP-100A/130/160 and MR4C-90D adopts a single-axis drive and is equipped with a distributor for intermittent motion, so that the filling, sealing and output of prefabricated bags are completed in a fully automatic cycle. The horizontal filling and sealing packaging machine can pack up to 4 bags at a time, and the maximum packaging speed can be 160bpm.

The horizontal filling and sealing packaging machine consists of three parts: bag feeding system, filling system, and heat sealing output system. These systems run independently and continuously on the single axis of the machine, which greatly improves the stability and smoothness of the machine operation. At the same time, the filling system and output system can be connected with various feeding and downstream equipment to form an efficient packaging system.
